Yogazmic was created on the basis to teach people to practise yoga safely at home. The purpose isn’t to attend endless weekly classes but to learn to become self sufficient in progressing with yoga at one’s own pace. Yogazmic’s vision is that many people will start practicing yoga on a regular basis and acts as an introduction to yoga whilst continuing to support its clients along their yogic journey. The Yogi masterclass includes nutritional advice and ongoing support.

Yoga improves our mobility and flexibility so yes!
If you contact me we can discuss the best equipment suited to your needs and your budget. I can then purchase the equipment for you or recommend a number of suppliers within your price range. As a rule of thumb, a mat is the only thing required to begin with. I have some brick, blocks and straps we can try out and if you feel like you want to invest into more equipment, I will always happily advise you.
There are one to one classes available which can be discounted when booked in blocks. I’m happy to accommodate up to 6 people for the private tuition lessons so if you want to chip in with friends and family, it makes the price more accessible. Online classes are only currently £5 and to begin with I offer a one to one online class as an introduction. There are many ways I can accommodate people on different budgets so please contact me directly.
I limit my classes to 6-8 people but if you are very shy, we can come up with an online plan of one to ones or even a block of private lessons at a venue of choice. The purpose of yoga practice is to make us feel good so I love feedback and also being able to remove any factor which prevents you from feeling wonderful after each lesson. I have experience with working with shy people, please send me a message and we can go from there.
Ashtanga is a type of yoga which is very energetic but I prefer a challenging Vinyasa which is merely a ‘flow’ of poses which are sequenced so that you can easily transfer from pose to pose, almost like an aerobics class. Once I understand your limitations I can tailor the class to ensure the pace and complexity of yoga meets your expectations. You won’t be bored in my classes ! :)
