Yogazmic‘s approach is to help individuals who wish to embark on a journey of change with teaching how to safely and effectively practise yoga at home as well as embracing a healthy lifestyle.
Learning to safely practice yoga as well as continually improve and develop is something Yogazmic facilitates by facilitating ongoing support. There are several important aspects of Yogi lifestyle including the incorporation of kriyas into our daily lives and practicing the yogic philosophy. With Yogazmic’s support, you will be taught basic yoga poses along with a structured approach to developing your yoga skills. This will enable you to practise in the comfort at your own home in your time without the need to watch social media or follow a yoga video but rather getting yourself into the zen state. Yogazmic will support your development journey to ensure you don’t stagnate and learn to develop your skills leading to a continual development. You will be encouraged to change your lifestyle if required and to acquire a more healthy approach to your daily tasks.
The very first step is to fill in a form confirming your are well enough to practice. The form will be emailed on request and besides your medical condition, you will be asked about your goals and expectations regarding yoga.
All deposits need to be received 24 hours before the session, the remaining payment is to be made before the session by bank transfer or in cash. Bank details will be sent on request.
You will need a mat, you will need to be bare footed, bring any blocks, bricks or straps you use, comfortable clothing (long hair and hanging jewellery is recommended tying up/ removing) and a blanket for the relaxation session.
